While there are lots of organizations that have implemented initiatives to "go agile", many of them have ended up not realizing the value they hoped to achieve. As surprising as it sounds, sometimes agile disappoints. It’s like a horde of Zombies are eating the brains of our transformation. In this session, I will examine in detail six common "value zombies" that suck the benefits of the adopting agile values and principles.  I will also examine ways to fix or to avoid these value-killers.
