Manhattan Associates ventured into a Cloud re-architecture of some of the Omni Channel Solutions. During this journey, we learnt a few lessons on cross geo agility, how to handle a big bang rewrite of software and our devops maturity. We saw the power of agility with high performing teams, quality and passion. At the same time there were things that we could have done better and this session will talk about the power of agility, building incrementally and using devops to deliver continuously. We have a lot of scars from trying to eating the elephant as a whole and we would like others in similar situations to take away some best practices when its inevitable that a large re-architecture is in the horizon for your organizations.
