This case study of the Duke Energy Agile transformation in Charlotte  will demonstrate how an organization can successfully implement Agile across both IT and non-IT projects and programs to change culture over time.

In this session attendees will be introduced to and learn how Duke Energy culture and processes are being transformed by Agile within a two-year Agile transformation period from agile pilots to scaling at program level.

We will look at the steps taken by the organization to embark on an Agile journey and what it took to secure an enterprise-wide sponsorship to transform the organization.  Discussion focus areas include: funding, vendor contracts, staffing, prioritization, work culture, new definition of collaborative work space and others, by request.
