It seems like every leader is asking for the big 'M' word now but what metrics really should matter to them? Whether you're scaling Agile through SAFe, DaD or other scaling frameworks, you're probably thinking of how will you actually measure the health of the overall Agile adoption.

Through this session we'll take a deeper dive into both the Qualitative and Quantitative metrics that should be tracked at the Team, Program, Product and Portfolio levels. We'll explore how some of these can provide predictive leading indicators (so you can catch problems before they happen) and some are lagging indicators (sharing what has already happened). We'll dig deeper into AgilityHealth and explore the SAFe, Lean Product Health, Portfolio Health and the Business Agility Health radars.

We'll also explore how to roll these up into an enterprise health dashboard and make sense of them. Ultimately, leaders want to know if they are getting FASTER, BETTER, HEALTHIER and CHEAPER because of their Agile Transformation so let's start collecting the right data that helps bring this visibility at every level!
