Flow refers to productive states at both the personal and organizational scales.  Personal flow states are receiving lots of attention these days, from professional athletes to musicians to special forces.  Flow is also a desired organizational characteristic where a steady stream of highly valued solutions are delivered to the customer.  In this talk, we will explore what are characteristics of flow at each level, and how as leaders we can create and sustain personal and organizational flow states.
