Agile adoption has changed corporate landscape in many different ways. And while the change has been mostly positive for the teams, some can see Agile and Scrum ideas as a revolt against traditional management practices. If the team is self-organized, what's then the manager's role? Uncertainty leads to confusion, fear, stress and distrust.

During the session we will discuss how Agile has reshaped the manager's role. We will exchange ideas and learn techniques to become Agile leaders regardless of our titles and roles.

All Agile enthusiasts are welcome - engineers and other individual contributors, product owners, managers, scrum masters and agile coaches.
